He began his motorsports career with the Bell brand in 1996, serving in various roles including Director of Sales and General Manager of the Bell Auto Racing Division of Bell Sports.

In 2010, he became a shareholder in Bell Racing USA serving as President and COO. In 2019, he continued with Racing Force after the acquisition of the Bell Racing business by OMP Racing S.p.A., serving in the positions of Chief Commercial Officer and Co-CEO of Racing Force USA, Inc.

A motorsports professional with over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, operations and administration.

In 2023, he became President and CEO of Racing Force USA, Inc., with oversight of the North and South American business and locations in Doral, Florida, Mooresville, North Carolina, Indianapolis, Indiana and Los Angeles, California.
