Graduated in Economics, with a master in General Management, he gained 10+ years experience in the field of finance management, working for auditing companies and large internationals groups.

After joining Costa Crociere in 2014 as Finance Manager, in March 2020 Roberto became Racing Force Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
