Who we Are

Racing Force Group is the global leader in motorsport safety, innovation, and performance. Through its portfolio of brands – including OMP, Bell Racing, Zeronoise, and Racing Spirit – equips professional drivers, teams, and manufacturers, as well as passionate amateurs, with racewear, helmets, car parts, communication systems, and technical apparel.

Racing Force Group is the only company in the motorsport industry to offer such a comprehensive range of products, contributing each year to numerous victories and titles in both car and kart racing. The Group has also diversified through its HPS brand, applying cutting-edge motorsport technologies to the defense sector.

After successfully completing the integration of its brands, Racing Force became a dual-listed company. Since November 2021, it has been listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (RFG) and, as of September 2022, on the Euronext Growth Paris market (ALRFG). Racing Force Group thus became the first company in its sector to trade its shares publicly.

The Group has a global presence across three continents, with headquarters in Ronco Scrivia (Italy), Sakhir (Bahrain), Mooresville (USA) and Tubize (Belgium). It operates research and production centers, logistics hubs, and Pro-Shops, and employs over 550 people from more than 35 nationalities. Racing Force relies on well-established relationships with professionals worldwide, selling its products in over 80 countries, supported by the largest dealer and distributor network in the motorsport industry.

Governance

Racing Force Group’s decision-making framework is led by the Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

The Group Executive Management comprises senior executives and officers responsible for defining and implementing the strategic objectives provided by the Board of Directors. This team also ensures organizational agility, overseeing the responsibilities and authority delegated to lower management and employees, and swiftly adapting to industry changes.

The Board of Directors is primarily focused on maximizing the Group’s overall value and assets. It accomplishes this by enforcing transparency in information sharing, communication, and reporting while upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. Additionally, the BOD monitors and advises the Executive Management on the effective implementation of established strategies.
